m6 to a4 help i did a swap and my converter wont lock up. i dont know what wires to hook up in side the car. any one know what i have to hook up?? im in the orland/lockport area any one wanna help me so i can contribute to the actual street action, ill throw some $$ or some beer!!
I know it sounds weird, but are you checking the fluid level when the car is warm and in park on level ground? I was just wondering about that. Are you 100% sure its not locking up? Take off from a stop with the selector in 1st, then move to second at like 3000, then to third and see if it feels like a 4th shift happens. Its a very loose converter, you might not feel it and you might ahve to look at the tach to watch. Your Brake light switch isnt on is it?
