edit: I think if there wasn't a sticky devoted to how incredibly insane he is then maybe he would stop making up new logins and harassing everyone. If there was no sticky maybe there would be nothing for him to stew over. Everyone is willing to move on except him.

Dean was creating new names LONG before I put that sticky up. If I remember correctly it was after the 4th time he reregistered I wrote the sticky.
The sticky is there to let everyone know who they are dealing with if he randomly IM's them or they happen to meet up with him and a local hangout. They can choose to either have contact with them or not, it is their own choice. The sticky is not derogatory to him in anyway. If his parents won't take the responsibility to supervise his actions something has to be done.
