I use passport Escort 8500 and am happy.
Others will say Valentine 1 because of the arrows.
Way I look at it There's a cop you have to slow down regardless where the cop is.

Beltronics also makes Escort! Both great radar detectors. Now the cool thing is, if you buy a beltronics through there online store, they will BUY BACK you old radar detector no matter which brand it is (working or not)....
I have the beltronics vector 965, it performes just like the RX65 and vector 995. It just has less features (ku band) and accessories (hard shell case etc) and its cheaper in cost.
