The goodyear MTRs are awesome trail tires. Expensive also. I think they would look good on the jeep.

The BFG All Terrains are good tires for off and on road. Its like 4 tires built into 1. Good for mud, rock crawling, sand, and its even a snow tire. And oh yeah, the only time I've been off roading is when I had to pull crawlinws6's blazer out of the mud when his transfer case crapped with my 01 ram off road edition. Its like he said, you don't want to break anything on your DD. Plus I'm still paying it off.

I would like to get into off roading with my WJ Jeep GC . I got the right engine for it. My sister just moved to Colorado Springs, I thought it would be cool to go over there and off road. I've read that the Grand Cherokee gets nasty on the highway with anything more than a 2" lift though. I also don't know what I'd do if I broke down there. $$$ repairs far from home with an unkhown shop.

John - I always thought the regular Jeep Cherokee's looked awesome with a lift and 31's or 33's!

Hey this is scramblermans younger brother. I am just on his username since I do not have one. This is my 85 chevy k10 with 33 inch tires and stock lift. Has orginal 4 spd with 3:73 with a small block. Rust free and all restored. Its too nice to go offroading in though and is my daily driver right now.

One day I want to buy some more chevy thrucks like this since I know where at least 4 are for sale or could be for sale but they all need work but would great for a mudding.

My brother had one for highschool that he restored but sold it. His had 35s and a 6 inch lift.

Some kids down the road go mudding on there two acres behind the house with a lifted 90s gmc and the kid that lives there is working on a 70s or 80s ford with huge tires and a 460 big block ford.

Damn I did not know that there was a place close to my house to go mudding. Hmm I may have to build a mudding offroad truck then sometime soon for a project.

This is my old K-5,I sold it because there is no good wheeling spots near here any more and it was too big of a PITA to drive on the street.

This is the new one.

No love for the yota's? Heres my dd.4 inch lift and just put on 33" mtr retreads (do some research there not as bad as everyone says and CHEAP).Haven't got to try the new tires in mud since its frozen now. As far as the tires stick out its pointless to wash it
