Default header install help needed near Bloomington

Hey guys, I am about to order ceramic coated Hooker LTs and I'd really like some help installing these. I know it would be best to have a lift, but really I just would like someone who has done these before to be around to give some pointers etc....I'll bring the beers! I have a buddy who works at a Pontiac dealership, he may be able to get us in to use his lift and super expensive, nice clean tools!

Should have sent me an IM. Let me know if you still need some help. They are extremely easy to put in.

Marc, I was gonna talk to you about it, but I figured you'd be a little tied up with your new motor and stuff. I talked to one of the mechanics at work and we could use his lift and tools on a friday night, that way if for some reason we couldn't get it done that night we wouldn't stop him from working on a customer's car because they are closed saturdays.

It shouldn't be a problem to find some help locally. A lift isn't really a necessity...I had mine installed in about 3 hours working off a floor jack with a 6X6 by myself. Let us know when they come in, we'll get you taken care of.

Hahahaha, the motor isn't done yet, my k-members' at my third job and I'm powder-coating it tonight, and I don't have front shocks, clutch, injectors, or fuel pump. I'm putting it all together at once on the k-member and then setting the car back down on it. I will have some time!

Let me know when and where you'll be.

ok, i said i would post up too if i needed help w/ headers, and unfortunately i do. I dont know what my friend is doing who was supposed to help me, but i cant get ahold of him. Anyways, i really dont know how to do any of it myself. Ill be able to pay someone a little bit for the help, but just dont have $400 to blow to get a shop to do it. All i need done is the headers on, thats it. i will run open headers until i get FC Customs to weld my dual cutouts into my ORY.

Any help appreciated. I need it done like this week cuz i still gotta take it to FC and college is only a couple weeks away...
