Subject: RE: dyno tune

Hi, Larry, I really appreciate you taking the time to do this for me, i live kinda far away or else i would just come in during normal business hours, Here is the info on my car.
1999 Pontiac Firebird, 6 Speed, LS1, roughly 66,000 miles, as far as modifications,
-Ported and polished throttle body, LS6 intake, Pacesetter longtube headers with off road y pipe, slp loudmouth catback, i deleted AIR and EGR when doing the ls6 intake so my check engine light is on, so you know. I dont know if you need this but i just had an ls7 clutch kit installed with an ls2 flywheel, and new slave cylinder aswell.

The cam i am installing this weekend, is a Texas Speed 224/224/581/581/ on a 112lsa, with comp 918 springs, and the ASP Underdrive Pulley with new ac and serpentine belts. I will drop the keys in an envelope, would you like me to place a check in the envelope as well? If so who do i make it out to and for how much? I most likely would be picking the car up after business hours, which is why i ask if youd like the check.

If you could fax that release form over "RE: Ricky" to 847-XXX-XXX

Again, Thank You Very much Larry, my cell is 815-XXX-XX99 if you have any questions. Ricky

Yes…want to do the 22nd ?

I would need all the info on the car and you could use the on-line form under services on our home page.

Please have keys in an envelope with all your info

We will need a Dyno Release form signed and maybe you could do that Sat ? or I can fax you one to sign ?

1st off dropping keys off in an envelope is not considered an appointment, so why would he need to cancel??

and 2nd off, I'm jealous. thats the exact cam I was planning on doing this winter. I wanna hear it after you get it installed

RARE99...how does that not seem like an appointment.

I asked for all his info: it was provided

Ricky asked about drop box info and which form if payment would work as well as asked to fax dyno release form to be signed.

I can care less if he is going to Mike @ Straightline, but it's the fact that he did basically set a date and didn't cancel. This would have been a simple 2 second email.

The last email he seemed confused as to a question I had inquired about and that was it.

I am sure Mike will take care of him and as noted I understand him going there as they can work with his schedule. We only offer tuning M-F and that didn't work well with his work schedule.

he was comunicating via email....why would I call him ?

I asked if he wanted the 22nd and then he went onto providing mod info, contact info, requested dyno sheet, etc

sorry you don't see it as we did

I am fine with leaving it at a miscommunication... have a nice night.

Sounds like an appointment to me as well, when they are expecting to work on his car at a given time, and scheduling in an alloted amount of time, thats an appointment. Tim
