It doesn't matter to me much, but wouldn't going from lincoln to omaha to columbus or fremont be better?

I'm not sure what everyone's location is though. I have no objection.

^ the only thing about the Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont area i wouldnt find to unique is all the Other traffic. Where as 15-40 LS cars a rarely seen in these parts. So you will be sure to get noticed!! And the problem with ppl getting split up from much of the cruising. It doesnt matter to me tho. If youd like to make a Lincoln, Omaha, Fremont map we can put one up and vote.

Id just like to get together and see everyone and their cars.

i like the idea of a cruise more central based since we all will doing the one later in the year by the omaha area. just an opinion, but its nice to see different country every once in a while. Not only that but it gives the guys from further west a chance to attend. either way we do this its going to be a fun time and a good chance to get to meet a few people and get a chance to drive our cars.

make a route on map quest and post it up so we can vote. I will put the poll together 2nite.
I think someone already suggested this earlier. Those roads just seem to frequently traveled to me. Patroled by NSP too. I thought the Sherman Damn trip would be a great way to spend a summer weekend in a more remote envirorment with less Fuzz to encounter on the road. Myself and summitSS have ridin Motorcycle Poker runs on a few of those roads, and i think he would agree that the roads are great condition with little traffic. Besides i think all of us cant wait for the Fremont Lakes meet!!!

I think we should all get together and do something maybe non car related, like a camp and grill out. I got a jetski and know a few other friends that got skis as well, could go tubing or have some drinks .

we could do that as well. Just no drinking unless your in a beer garden at Sherman. Im just excited to see everyone as well as there cars. And thought maybe an all LSx Cruise/Poker run would be a great way to meet everyone and see their cars. Im just throwing some ideas out there and figured that since most might not have a jet ski/boat, most here would have some kind of LS series vechile that we could all share an enjoyment with. As for the grilling if your down for going to sherman my family lives in Loup City (about 6 miles west of the lake) and probly will be attending our LS cruise (since my parents take care/store the GTO now). Ive spoke with them and they dont have a problem grilling and throwing back a couple at their house/garage.

These all sound like great ideas. Lets make sure we try and do this every year that way we can keep growing. BTW you parents are young my dad is 20years older than yours but he still likes to have a good time.

Could take the Colon/Cedar road to Fremont past Wahoo. That is definitely NOT frequented! I'm from Fremont so I hit that way every time I got home. Can't remember the highway number. Just go straight at the flashing red in Wahoo instead of veering right to 77.
