The body of the car has no rust. It did have a problem in the shop and has a small crack on the passanger fender, the arm on the lift it what caused it. Other then that there are no Imperfections in the body at all. I can also post a pic of the crack upon request.

I think all vehicles made 1996 and earlier are free of emissions.

 

yea, as of january first, but do they need to be tested one more time before they are cleared? my cars emissions is up in june of this year, can i rip these cats off or no?
