Need one solid roller lifter

Sounds like a joke - but i'm not kidding. I lost mine for degreeing cams. I need another

Kinda needs to be in ok shape, for an LS1/2/6 etc as well.

why not just use a light check spring instead of a solid lifter?

Not sure, Always have used a solid lifter and so far so good. Till i lost it

You could take a stock one and pop the clip off of it by the plunger. Take it apart and put small washers in it to take up all of the room, just make sure it is tight and reassemble. There's your new solid lifter

i've used a spring that i bought at ACE hardware that just fit around the valve and held up the retainer. super weak, but held the weight of the valve.

the spring is accessible and only cost like, .30 haha
