The Return Of Motion Raceway Hope this isn't a repost.
My buddy found this article yesterday. It's a track a little bit south of Decatur that has been closed since the 80s I believe. His father used to race there back in the day.
Please read the article. It's a great way for local racers to help out a track that is making it's way back. My buddy and I will be going there in May. Will be like street racing on the track.

If enough proceeds are obtained from a couple of these events, they will be rebuilding the track to higher standards.

It was originally a 1/4, switched to a 1000 ft, we're running 1/8 for now and may switch back to 1/4 later if it seems safe enough at that old track. Gonna be alot of fun. Hope to see you there. ncperformanceinc.com
