Tuner or installer in Ohio?
Tuner or installer in Ohio? Anyone have a good tuner in Ohio? Im in Akron by the way. 97 Vette will be needing cam tune.

IMO the best and most experienced LSx tuner in Ohio is Back Street Peformance just down the road from you off Route 18 in Medina. They tune NA, Supercharged and Twin Turbo. To point out the level of their work, this week when I dropped off my car they were tuning a twin turbo LS7 Solstice on their dyno that Mallott Cars had just built to ship overseas. Since Back Street is not a sponsor here I can't post a link to their web site.
oh ... and I have found their labor rate is very very reasonable. They have done 90% of my work ... the cars there to have 3.73 gears put in right now among other things. They also put in and tuned my 3200 torque converter

Droptopws6, let me know how that works out with backstreet.i have an 02 ws6 tuned by gmr speed that is an undriveable mess.will not idle and stalls at every other stop light.i did alot of research on EPP and figured i would have to have it flatbedded the four hours from akron to thier shop in Indiana.i would like to take the car somewhere closer but have not heard much about backstreets reputation except from leo mlocki of gmr speed and weber racing.your vette looks killer also!
Quicksilver and I did my rear diff/ TQ swap today, (he did most of the work) Let me just say he's excellent. This guy is talented with a set of wrenches. We knocked it out today and Im extremely happy, no issues at all! I would trust this guy with anything on my car. You Ohio guys need work, look him up.

Matt the guys down in columbus are soom good guys. Hell at the last track rental Darkformula had to use my slics to get some good times.
