SES code 1416?
SES code 1416? so the other day my ses light came on, i had the guys at autozone check it and they told me code 1416. they couldn't tell me what it was though. after searching on here i found out its -Secondary Injection System and Malfunction.
my question is, i plan on doing a lt header install within the next month, should i even bother doing anything with this light? is it gonna affect my engine? my car seems to be running fine.

The secondary air injection system sends fresh air into the exhaust to help get the cats up to opperating tempature. The only thing that you could really do to the car is damage the cat if it gets fouled up because its not heating up quick enough.
