Nice. I might go check that out.

What are the rules here regarding cages/helmets?

Nick just wanted to say that he was sorry for missing the first train. I was able to get a good look at the car when I pulled in this morning. From what I can see it's definitely one of the best looking 3rd gens I've seen. The wheels and lowering really set it off with that color blue.

Thanks. It wasnt Nick's fault at all. It was totally mine. I was 10 minutes late getting into New Lenox. Please make sure he doesnt feel at fault.

Thank you for the compliments on the car. Im glad you like it. Im really looking forward to seeing what you guys have done as of tomorrow.

PS. Can you get rid of my rear O2's and EGR junk and whatever else you feel I dont need? I get emissions codes all the time and dont have any of that stuff hooked up. Thanks a lot!

Small update:

I called Mike and he told me that they are close to finishing the re-assembly. I think spark plugs and valve covers are left. He doesnt want to rush the dyno tune so I might have the car tonight or I might have it tomorrow after work. Either way, I cant wait.

Didn't get a chance to baseline the car. They were ready for it to be torn down before I was done with another car on the dyno. By the time I was done with the dyno, they already had the whole front off the car.

One quick question as I'm about to get her on the dyno. Where is the OBDII diagnostic port?

If you look in the passenger side footwell just to the right of the stereo and the HVAC stuff there are some wires hanging out; thats it. I started to pull the OBDII port out but I didnt have enough time cause I had to catch my train. You can pull it out there. The wire is quite long for it. Sorry I didnt get it out for you.

Paint on the front isnt the greatest since a flatbed sort of ruined it so dont be expecting too much lol

Yeah. I was there. For a while I was parked beside a red Camaro SS (fourth gen) and then I moved my car over to the two white Turbo Trans Ams (third gen).
