Calling all Chicago LSX owners!

So a few of my friends over at ChicagoLSX were kicking around the idea of doing a track day up at GLD... And we are currently calling on prices to rent out the track.. But I figured I would spread the love a bit and offer it up to local tech members too, just to ensure a good turn out.

What I am wondering is how many of you would be interested, kind of putting a feeler out there to see if it would be worth actually renting the entire track... One of the members has family that is part owner of the track, so we are looking into what kind of deal we can get...

Prior to setting a date we want to get a loose count on who would be interested.... Post up. Let me know. There is a thread over on ChicagoLSX about the same thing too, if your a member there already....

yea not really sure what type of deal i can hook up( if any). still gotta look into it but i am down. like i said over at chicagolsx, its my uncle's brother who is 1/3 owner so i know he would be able to get me in but not sure if he can hook up like a package deal for a bunch of people.

Thats fine man, and I dont think it matters if its on the cheap... Its just an in, and he can probably give us the best times to set it up for the best rates... Just give him a holler and ask about it, and get some real numbers for us.

Worst case senerio he might even like the idea of a chevy vs ford thing, and then we can beat up on mustangs.... Or try at least.

right now we're just tossing up the idea to see how many people would be interested. wouldn't even be worth the time to look into if like 5 people are thinkin about going. i'll give my uncle a call and see if he could get me a number or something.

Yeah, so I just finished up an exhaust/motor mount job, and I am beat... But the dates really depend on you guys.. I would be down for a weekday, Wed-Fri, and would really like to get a bunch together... We have a good enough response, we can do it as soon as next week, or the week after.

As for a private rental, still need to call on dates seeing as there is some drama on the in we had... But there are plenty of nights that its slow enough where we could just take it over...

Im off thursdays and fridays but can get a weekend off, just let me know a little in advance! Im sure my uncle and cousins would like to go too, even though their mustangs and a 300 srt8 with a few mods!
