im not a cubs fan at all, dont you guys get tired of hearing them talk about "the curse"? stop using that as an excuse, its your own fault youve sucked for the last.......oh lets say 100 YEARS!!! Not trying to start an argument just stating my opinion. I live in mo but have been a braves fan all my life. Feel free to bash them if you want since they didnt even make the playoffs lol. Ive been riding on this devil rays, excuse me RAYS, bandwagon all year and dont plan on getting off anytime soon. Hopefully they can win it all.

When my 1st son was little & learning to talk. I was teaching him our teams. We were showing off for someone.
They were asking him what's the hockey team, what's the basketball team ect. They asked what's the baseball team.
He said White Sox. They said what's the other teams name, he said that WAS the only team.
I was so proud. Does that answer the ??, 99% only like one team. Very few pay attention to both.

as for those in Chicago ... I'd bet most are 1 side or the other, and the "chicago" fans are the vast minority.

I got my brooms out for both teams now. There is a reason I have grown up not liking baseball, because I was raised right here in IL, where we dont have a MLB team... Just a few minor league teams trying to "act" the part!

I dont watch baseball, I would rather watch 2 civics race. Home? Well good luck to them... My broom still waits, just cause they are at home doesnt mean they wont get swept.. If I want to watch baseball, I will watch the highlights, just like nascar, too boring to watch the whole damn thing, just show me the goods!
A little sore after watching tonights game? A little touchy maybe? How bout a rousing game of go **** yourself, and take some mydol!
