First looking at your cam specs I hope that duration is .050 if you are saying you are going to make 684 hp plus you are going to need more compression that 13:1 to make that kind of power. Second it would have to spin to the moon to make that power. Third you would need a huge converter and gears to run that combo. I just dynoed my friends 383 that has 13.28:1 custom solid roller 258/266 628/633 with brodix track 1 heads ported and polished by a graduate of Joe Mondello Head Porting School and it made 639 at the flywheel at 7000 rpm. So I can't see a 355 making 45 hp more with less cube unless you go 15:1 and spin it to the moon.

sorry bout the misprint i was looking at the sheets on another motor combo. the combo for the motor going in the t/a printed out 587hp@7000 and 518ft lbs@5500. sorry bout the misunderstanding. that's jus motor, we'll have a 200 shot of laughing gas when we feeling like being a comedian and cracking a few jokes.

btw thanks for the heads on up on how to get the vht in the washer fluid reservoir to work. i'll be starting on that asap

Ok that sounds a lil better. On the thing with the vht I had luck mixing the vht with denatured alcohol. Make the mix about 70% vht and 30% alcohol in the summer since the heat will help it evaporate faster and in the winter mix it 50/50 since the air will be colder and the street is colder the alcohol will mak it evaporate and get sticky even faster. Do not use rubbing alcohol because it has water in it and it will leave little droplets of water on the street and you will spin.

Denatured alcohol it has no water in it. You can find it at home depot or lowes in the paint section it will be next to the paint thinner and brush cleaner and ****.

You will have to dilute it with alcohol or something to keep it from clogging up the tubing. Also the lil nozzles will have to be "ported" to flow more so the pressure is not so high, thus making it easier for the pump to push the liquid.

I think it would be MUCH easier to just have a friend ready with a half water bottle full of VHT to pour in front of your tires before the burnout.

To use a garden sprayer you have to get one with Teflon seal and dilute is slightly. Of use VP fuels Lane choice, it does not need to be diluted to be used in a sprayer. Find one on the net somewhere pretty easy, here is an example.

Then you would have to use another pump and replace all seals with the same teflon coated type in the hand sprayer. Then you would have to dilute the mixture for use, and after every use you will have to flush the lines, because the VHT will gum up.

As i mentioned before, I would consider VP fuels Lane Choice (their version of VHT) it is a different formula that does not need diluting for use in a sprayer. This should make it easier to use in the windshield sprayer idea. When looking for it, use the code "LC6".

All you have to do is use a Y fitting just like the stock pump. I'll see if i can find a pump or two to fit your need.

Here is a rough set-up someone used on theirs; keep in mind he used to to spray water on his tires not VHT. Post #7.
