No he actually lives in North Raleigh. Lake Norman is a beautiful area though, I actually have a few friends who live out that way. I went to school about 45 minutes from there.

I talked to him about a ZR1 when I was there actually and he thinks that when it comes to tracking it day in and day out the ZR1 will be limited compared to the viper due to it being supercharged and the heat coming with it.

I do have alot more pics of the 99 ACR from awhile ago Ill see if I cant find them. I showed him this tread BTW he appreciates the compliments.

A few reasons. The ZR1 is definitely going to be a collectible, it's more street friendly and it's no slouch around a road course. Just because the ACR can beat it by a few hundredths of a second doesn't mean he shouldn't think about getting one.

Debatable. While the ACR did run .3 seconds faster around the 'ring, It was also on R-compound tires while the ZR1 was rolling on stock Michelins. Either way both cars are insane, and that is one nice viper!

No doubt. I didn't mean that as a point against the ACR, just a reason why it would be worth having a ZR1.
