It's not that big of a deal, but to be fair, there were plenty of other entries that are worthy of being in the contest. This is ls1tech though, so it means there doesn't have to be a rhyme or a reason

I believe this monthly contest was geared towards people who like to take pictures. It is not a car of the month contest, but a picture of the month.
Having three pictures from the same guy goes against the 1 photo submission. Everyone else has to enter one, and now we have three from one guy in the finals.
If it really does not matter who took the pictures... then fine pick one from the group of three. They are great pics, but we should make a set of rules and stick to it.

Awhile back some guy posted a very nice picture of a vette. He was kind of flamed because he did not actually take the pic. I believe someone said that you had to actually take the picture to enter in the contest. What stops people from finding the best car photos on the web and posting it in these threads?

Well I am sorry if the three of us have broken a set of rules for this contest. I wasn't aware of those rules. I don't own a camera and I just thought submitting a picture of my car that a friend of mine had taken was allowed. But I understand the frustration for other contestants because they are all from the same photographer. If it is indeed a contest of best picture by the photographer then I guess the three of us are disqualified. Best of luck to everyone and again I apologize for any contest rules I might have violated.

35LE and Rob WS6, I know why you guys posted the pics, and I understand it. They are some really good pictures. I know you guys are just representing your cars and your friend.
Actually, my statments are more towards the people who picked the finals, and moderate this little contest. It is a cool idea, but seems lately to be a bit odd balled. I honestly would not mind, if they just come out and say what goes and what does not. From what I have seen, it more like hey this user can do this, and these users can do that.

i agree to a point...if that is going to change then it needs to be changed that if you enter a pic you should be the one who took the pic it should be of your own personal car as well to make it fair just my .02
