I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good, free program that allows you to easily blur a section of your video clip (ie a face, license plate, etc). I have Ulead Video Studio, but the process for blurring something is pretty freakin time consuming, even for a short video.

Adobe premiere pro cs4 or pinnacle studio plus
Torrent them though cus they are both really expensive
