You know, most of the great photographer's I know offer up critiques without purposefully trying to insult. Maybe that says something about you...

BTW, here is the shot before any of the processing you speak of. The final image isn't perfect by any means, but all of what you said is wrong. The calipers started silver, and they remain silver. There is nothing to resaturate. The shots are back to back below.

I love to get criticisms, but if you feel the need to insult me to feel better about your photography, do it through PM next time.
