more like well over 2 G's the GM clutches are not overly expensive but the labor is outrageous on the Vette's because of how long it takes to do

If he goes aftermarket clutch then your talking $1300+ for just the clutch assembly for the better ones. I've got a place lined up to do mine for $1800 with clutch.

You can also EASILY tell the difference between tire smoke and clutch smoke. Quite a distinct difference in smell...

Just dont get it...

The only thing I can think of, is that the clutch was slipping or gone when he brought it in, and they made this video as a goof. Some peoples idea of a joke or sense of humor is a little.......different.

Wow. Yeah someone posted this same video on a different board that I'm a member of. It's a local car club message board. And everyone that posted in the thread that had this video said that 95% of Vette owners are like this. Pissed me off and I don't even own a Vette. 3/4 of that club are Mustang or Ford owners. I told them they surely haven't heard of LS1tech.com then or they'd think that % would be a lot lower
