Default Help posting pics please

OK, I'm gettng very frustrated here. I have a digital camera and some time on my hands to take pictures of the car. Problem #1. I cannot take pictures in a low enough resolution to attach them in a post or thread. Problem #2. When I compress these files, they are still too big to be attachments. Can anyone help me out??

You should be able to adjust the resolution of the picture in the camera. Also, try resizing it using some sort of picture editing program. I like to use IrfanView for resizing, don't have photoshop yet.

The resolution on the camera is as low as it can go, but the pictures are still way too big. I'll look into the picuture editing program, thanks.

Most cameras come with some type of rudimentary photo
editing software. Check it out, there should be a way to resize it.
I like to keep pictures around 5-600 pixels in width.
