LOL, steroids would have likely been cheaper, hell you could hire a trainer to run the dog snot out of you and make you work for them. Either would be much better options. Instead a dude goes and gets tit/shoulder implants that looks like he got stuffed with cardboard. Gene pool seriously needs a good cleansing.

The fact that when he flexes his chest, and it still jiggles is what we commonly refer to as man ****, and that's not a compliment.

He's obviously got some money because I'm guessing that surgery wasn't cheap, and if he could find a doctor to do that, he could find a doctor to get him medical grade, pure steroids and put him on a regimen. He most likely already works out, so why not go that route. It's safer and wouldn't look sickening.

I believe this guy is injecting synthol into his muscles it is not a steroid but a injectable that swells the muscle it is injected to temporarily like it was smashed with a sledgehammer and it often does not swell evenly and looks deformed. Its pretty stupid. Here are some pics of people who used it.
