looks like fun and alot of sick cars. so how often do they have these, whats it take to participate (like any car / safety requirements / etc ), and how much?

All you have to do is google TX mile and you will find all the info you need.

Outstanding pictures man. I'm impressed.
thanks I didnt get a chance to take my Canon DSLR so I had to do what I could with a point and shoot sony. The best thing about the sony is it's wide angle so I exploited it!

yeah it did there is a thread about it in the texas section. The driver is okay but the car is done. When the guy opened the chute cross wind allowed air to get under the car and made it go end over end but the roll cage save the guys life
