thanks for sharing i never watch tv anymore but when i was younger i was hooked with powerblock. The only negative from the video was the guy who thought the aluminum was indestructible.

The Blue and Yellow stripe Third Gen holds the fastest single stage LS record I believe. He runs at a local track around here and is exciting to watch.
