All of you talking about this roll racing taking no skill are foolish.

Ever tried doing a 30 roll from 1st in even a stock geared H/C/bolt ons LS car with anything other than drag radials? It's not exactly a floor it and go situation...

Sounds like someone who's lost many a race to a stalled auto...

Spoken like a true little girl. Getting beat daily by automatic cars while banging at his gears like a madman, falling behind with every shift.

Drag racing a manual car on the street is stupid and inefficient at best.

You say automatic drivers have no skill. I say manual drivers have no intelligence.

So, take your pick: no skill or just plain dumb.

I'd rather have no skill and be out in front of the dumbass

i hope you're just reffering to him because i got an M6.. and its hurting my feelings LOL

I really dont see anything wrong with roll racing, its necessary on the hiway and nobody wrote a book on how you should race a peticular car, a speed contest is a speed contest and we all love doing so!! infact it makes me feel like my cars chances of breaking is alot less on a roll but i like both... ANYWAYS nice vid OP and forget the haters out there, BTW Your T/A on the sig looks clean as hell!!

I don't know about manual drivers being stupid. I have an M6 and I love it. If I were going to set my car up for only drag racing then hell yeah auto all the way. Leaves the hole faster and leaves less room for error. I wanted to set it up so I could have more fun with it. I like the feel of shifting gears, being able to drop it down a gear and spin the tires, having the total control of the car. Its a geat feeling. I drag race and highway race. The manual is better for the highway but auto deffinetly for the track. Plus if you can shift fast enough you don't fall behind Both, manual and auto, take some degree of skill, I guess it just depends of personal preferance.

Even if I were to set a car up for drag racing... I'd run a Liberty 5 speed.
