New (used) dd
I was weighting between suv for winter, taking the dog around, and home depot trips or a small fwd car for better mileage and decent winter performance.
After stupid lowball offers being placed on 6 or so cars, the choice was made for me when a dealer called me back after about 2 weeks and decided they wanted to sell this car.
06 Saab 9-7x, awd, leather, 5.3 v8, power, moonroof etc.. (yes it's a fancy trailblazer)
Sorry for the shitty pics, it's been raining forever here.

So far wired in a 3.5mm jack, changed all the drivetrain fluids and cleaned and painted/undercoated the underside.
Nothing major planned for now, might get a cat back for it only because the previous owner cobbled some **** together under there for unknown reasons.
Saab Design engineers:
"Hey man, what should we do about all this empty space above the radio?"
"**** man i dunno just put a giant *** vent above it and lets go home"

The 5.3 is a great compromise compared to the Aero (Ls2, the real TBSS conterpart). The 5.3 gets the same mpg as the I6, but with a lot more torque. The saab for a D/D also handles the best without going to a sport setup. Like I said coming from an Envoy I think I would digg the saab better, plus with the same options the Saab is cheaper and in many ways better than others in the same platform when looking for used car deals.
