Soon enough. get this hotcam out of this motor for sure. car still has a ls1 intake on it also have a ls6 going on also with the cam. hope to better my 11.7 by a good margin hopefully.

Holy ****, didn't know you still had the LS1 intake. My bolt-on car gained 4mph from an LS6 intake and tune so you'd probably pick up quite a bit. When is the planned time for the new cam going in?

More 2 step videos!
Dont know when I will get to the cam. Just change jobs. So need to order a oil pump and timing chain and all the little crap bolts and gaskets. But before the end of the summer I am sure and install the ls6 intake and get a tune. hoping over 400rwhp. I will also get a good 2 step video launch on the street. Hope I gain 4 mph from a intake I already do 115 in the 1/4.

once you have everything ready, the cam swap will take maybe a day lol. we had to check timing on my buddies 408 and 3 of us got down to the cam within 45 min. no joke. if you need a hand, let me know. and i may have a few of the gaskets laying around from my swap that i didnt use, your more than welcome to take them

Thanks man I appreciate it. Kinda want to get a UD pulley also since I have to remove that old turd anyways. Was this guy with a 408 recent?

yeah this was about a month ago. he ended up having to pull the motor again since the machine shop pressed the wrong crank reluctor ring on the crank. still no word if he has it done tho

let me know if you guys decide to come down to my neck of the woods!

Where are the rest of the videos? PJ testing and 2 step launching. I am definetly going to perfect the 6k launch on the street. Still spun pretty good that first run, lowered the air pressure in the tires and hooked better. The more rubber the better.
