How does it breathe?

I can't believe some moron thought it would be a good idea to put a light bar in the hood's ram air opening on this 2002 SS. I wonder if they at least rigged a different induction system?

Most SS cars have a lid still. I think only the LT1 SS's got the coild air induction that went with the hood opening.

Is it bad that I actually really like the cop car Camaro?

That's not the production paint job....GM and other car mfg's do that to try and "hide" the lines or other features of the car prior to its full release to the public. Many times you see them like that in "hidden" camera videos before something new is released driving around tracks or similar.

It's just weird because it has the triangles on it plus a light bar. An identity crisis if it's trying to be hidden lol.

The WS6 hood functions just fine once you remove the internal baffle & put some 1" thick weather stripping in the gap between the box & the hood opening.

Someone said once that the hood is only functional once you hit 100mph, not sure if it is true. Oh well mine is not functional anyways since I procharged it.
