Help posting pics

I have gone to pbase.com to open a gallery, but the picture in my sig won't show up what am I doing wrong?

I see one picture in your sig, one broken.

We only allow one sig pic here, and the limit is 500x150 pixels. If you
could shrink that to make it fit, that would be appreciated.
