there is no busa or bike around that will be at tx2k12 that could beat the kill machines they bring next year. It's just not going to happen. I dont think you realize how fast those underground cars are. It's just something you have to see in person as far as how fast they cover ground. Videos dont do it

I want to go eventually, but don't plan on having a car setup for roll racing.

I think if you brought that out it would be right at the top of the crowd.

I only drive about 8 hours to get there, but it's still a haul for a 3 day trip. Here is a vid I made from last year:

Eh, you'd be surprised. I know of a car that's going 2012 that's trapped 187, and the Nera did 18X's as well. Both full street cars.

Like I said trapping 175 he will be at the top of the crowd, he may not be the fastest, but he will be near the top. 180+ is really crazy mph, I'd like to see those cars run for sure. Your friend is trapping a full 10 mph faster then the fastest UGR TTG I have seen (9.2 @ 177 mph), is that correct? Not sure what P. Blach's 1,500 whp UGR TT gallardo runs here in town, but TX2K11 should make for another amazing event.

I don't see how trapping 1XX MPH on the track has anything to do with the highway runs

well speaking highway runs i would think the bike has even LESS of a chance then. The faster it goes the less effective it'll be I'd imagine.

I'd like to go one year, I can't compete with the 1000rwhp cars out there but might hang with the less powerful ones.

While 1k rwhp is very very nice, i'm sure there are plenty of blue collar horsepower running the streets. Maybe they can chime in and share their vids with us.

i would agree on you with that but i was rolling around in my buddies maggiecharged ls2 gto and got yanked pretty much all night long. Its making near 600 to the tires but every person we ran into was making 650+. Its stupid crazy how much hp people were rolling around with that night

The higher the trap you run the more power you are making and from a roll traction matters less and it becomes more about power, aerodynamics and gearing.
