track testing the 5yr old stroker (vid & pic) Ran the car at a track rental last week and have some vid.
I've had issues in getting the car to hook so took the conservative route
(tire psi/2step etc). This vid was just a quick compilation excluding the mis-
shifts and my best run of 10.89 @ 128mph...def have a good starting point for next track outing..like set 2step @ 5500rpm!

5yr old 395ci stroker (good ole 5.7 block with 4.100 stroke/243's etc)
and makes 498rwhp/502tq...+ T56 trans
1st pass (all motor), 2step @ 3800(too low) so bogged/ET hurt
2nd pass (N2O) No 2step, wanted to roll the car out to ensure the
2step, window switch etc worked. Went towards center line so bailed
3rd pass (N2O) w/ 2step @ 4100, tightened rear shocks 2 clicks
Car left decent but thought I heard detonation and lifted in 3rd
....coasted through 1/8 w/ a 6.78
**(3rd gear was getting notchy so granny shifted)
