Why in the pic is there nothing connected to the throttle body?

That pic was taking earlier in the day, prior to tuning part throttle and WOT.

I thought donks were lifted on huge wheels. Either way it is interesting.

donks are 70,71,72 cap,impalas anything else is just a car on big wheels lol, i think its killer, this stuff is big down there but alot of these cars have more money than you think in them, some of those guys have over 50 to 100 grand in them easy, smart no but hey im not one to hate on what people like or are into, op when it gets done try and post some good vids and pics
