No rules say the quality needs to be crystal clear. I chose it because it looked pimp sitting there like it was all set to launch at the track. Simple as that.
Nobody is the perfect photographer. If we based on quality, I would have to say mctullis would be the winner every week. But this is amature work so

I agree here... not everyone knows photography or has access to a nice digital camera. Scanned pictures will not look near as good, but that shouldn't matter. I'm sure the orignal copy of that picture looks great, that's a mean looking ride!
