Anymore to the story? Did he leave the lug nuts loose or did they just break from the power? Doesn't looks like it did much damage luckily

Almost looks like it sheared the studs off. At least it happened there instead of at the 1000' mark.

On the 1320 video it shows the lug studs being broken. They also talk to the driver.

That sure was a spacer. I'm guessing the lugs not long enough and left the stud exposed.
