A new Top Fuel motorcycle ET record was reset by Larry "Spiderman" McBride last weekend at St. Louis. Larry ran 5.866

Actually he got that nickname the first time he rode a Top Fuel motorcycle at an NHRA event at indy back in the early 80's. They way he moves around on the bike during a run the guy in the tower said " that guy looks like Spiderman crawling on the bike". The name has stuck since then. Vanson Leathers in Fall River, Mass. make those leathers by hand and they run about $3000 a set.The kids at the tracks love it, and he sells tons of shirts at every event...$$$$$$$$$$$

If you ever get a chance to go watch the bike run you will be truely amazed. The bike will run between 210-220 mph in the 1/8, and will run as fast as 244 mph in the 1/4 !! It's definatly a site to see and well worth the experiance.
