All they had to do was get rid of the tape. That would have helped them out. But still they should not be doing that in the middle of the day. If you are going to drive crazy atleast do it when you cant hurt anyone else.

Which is why when I have a cam, its not in the view of any police. Even driving by a cop not doing anything, then cam is hidden--what a bunch of no talent assclowns
