there was a guy here with a big brown chevy with a 10inch lift,38" boggers and two dixie horns. he would run hundereds of pounds of homegrown from town to town. he only drove at night at when he could get civics with neons to run blocker for him.. then he would cut throught the woods in his brown bomber and run over ****. He would come flying out of the woods onto the road and shoot elctro charged harpoons at cop cars and they would die..he made many many trips through the towns without ever being caught.. he didnt need goggles, he used his kc lights to blind them..some say he went by the name of redbandit... some say it is all bullshit.....but that is just what i heard........

I actually know people that do this, turn off thier lights and go around 120 on the highway at night (they work graveyard and get off at 4 am) but my question is why couldnt you see any type of car coming at you with all the bright *** lights on the side of the Highway? I dont need lights to see, unless you are on an extremely back road with no lights on the sides
