He'll be lucky to break into the 11's. 460rwhp is common (almost average) for a pulley'd Cobra with exhaust. Add several hundred more hp to get to the low 10's.

They aren't like LS1's. I've seen LS1's with 460rwhp hit 10.90's.

My buddies 03 cobra with apten port. Dynoed 516rwhp and goes 10.99.
He goes by venomous john. IRS.

Oh yeah and my friends cobra that pulls the wheels on IRS also run a 10.10 on IRS. Pretty insane if you ask me. But then again he also has a bunch of money in to.
