Dave from cartek just did a 13.1@109 with a high DA so I would say mid 12's is where the car is gonna stay.

 

I'm not sure if the LS2's are anything like my 6.0 in that the thing was VERY tight when new. It was quite unimpressive.

(Not that it's impressive now - it's just relative )

 

Doesn't seems to be a much better performer than a C5....
I have seen brand new C5's run that # with less than a 1000 miles on them also...C6 may be a bit of an under achiever so far...
Not to mention seen a ZO6 run 12.5's with 400 miles on it...On the the F1 supercar's...Again I am Bias though! LOL
