Alright, the salesman should have known something was up with the camera. The "customer" was a serious *****. I have my doubts about the authenticity of the video, with all the difefrent shot angles.

If it is real, and I was that sales guy, I would have tried to yank the keys out. If that failed, I would have been throwing punches - I don't care how many buddies are in the car.

I sold cars for three years I was good at it and made good money. I hated going to customers. The town I lived in was next to one of the largest Navy basses in the world. Once a week we would have some 19 year old want to drive a Vet or SS or TA. We told the kids that on those kinds of cars we would run a credit check and if the numbers were good for both of us we would take the car out and make sure its what they really wanted. The 19 year olds always said the same thing. “Oh………. Never mind then”
The sales man was dumb for getting in the car with the guys with out getting a copy of the drivers license. But those guys needs two good *** whoppings. One for the stuff on the video and one for the other stuff we dont know.

My friend is a salesmen, and hes only 19, and he can tell when some little ****** are gonna drive the **** outta a car and not buy it. Still can't believe that salesmen let them drive it thou. thats

being in car sales myself, no real salesman would let somebody drive a car with out a DL and especially a Cobra. if the video is real...it's the salesman's fault for letting that jackass get behind the wheel.
i probably would have done the same thing to the car if somebody let me test drive the car without knowing who i was.

The vid looks like it was staged.
As far as whether ***** customers created the lowlife salesmen or vice versa it becomes the argument over whether the egg or chicken came first.
But then again my opinion is that a significant number of dealerships have turned car buying from a fun experience (after all you are buying a new rig) into the feeling that you are getting bent over.
Just remember that when a salesguy asks for your license its for 2 reasons. One is identification and the other is to run an unauthorized credit check.
