Default View of freedom

I have a lot of pics I would like to show as well besides this one, could someone help in doing it? I could either re-size or send to have them resized, best would just being able to include in post. How is that done? Please use laymens terms since I am far from computer savvy.

UPDATED AS OF YESTERDAY, CHECK THE LAST POST! I ACTUALLY GOT SOMETHING TO WORK ON THE COMPUTER, AMAZING!

I support our troops and I want to see Bush for another 4 years BUT you have to admit....that "view of freedom" is a little ironic

I don't see any irony. An oppressive group being removed from power....you need to hear/read about what the actual Iraqis are saying over there, they are happy as can be, starting up radio stations & businesses.....we just can't leave like we did last time, they are still scared that we might pull out & they will suffer at the hands of some other crazy f00ks with the power vacuum.

a pic of soldiers and tanks(WAR) as a portrayal of freedom is ironic

The United States would not be free if not for war, I see no irony in that. Freedom is one thing worth fighting for. Living here in the U.S. we take for granted our easy lives....still, I don't see the irony.

I think that what they are saying is simply that the view of a few tanks on a hill seem to say opression rather than freedom, forgetting the fact of what is happening in Iraq. I think that they are refering to the pic itself not the circumstances under which it was taken.

I merely used the title as a indicator that it more than likely will be something patriotic, I see military service as something patriotic, nothing more. The tanks pictured are ones from my unit when over in Iraq. Beauty is held in the eye of the beholder, a nice sunset and the vehicles/men at the end of a long day. Any word on how I can get the others to load? The others are day shots, also of tanks in action.

mySStery_machine,
you also got it right when you said "Beauty is held in the eye of the beholder"

to make them just show up in the thread, you have to have the pics posted on the internet somewhere, then just put the URL to the picture(s) between [img] & [/img] tags, and the pic will show up....just make sure that there are no spaces between the beginning & end of the URL and the IMG tags.

for example: [img] http://home1.gte.net/res0kd2j/banner1.jpg [/img] doesn't show the picture, but when i remove the space after the [img] tag, and the one before the [/img] tag,

you get this:

to attach the photos, just select all the photos to attach at the same time

Ok let's see if this works.

Man I tell ya, as a soldier, I really hope that my man Bush gets elected. Also it is so amazing to see things like this and to hear peoples support for us, like those yellow magnetic "support our troops". Thanks.
