I can tell ya this, I build police vehicles and install "official police strobes" every day. If he paid 1100, he got hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosed like a two dollar *****. Actually price would have been around 300 including labor

LOL i didnt notice the price on that since when do strobes cost $1100
