Exclamation Cobra Explodes on the Dyno w/ too much N2O...

Hehe... this is some good video of a 99 Cobra, I think, blowing up on the dyno when getting sprayed. I guess the tuner hit the nitrous too early causing excess fuel to puddle in the intake which ultimately ignited blowing apart the manifold.

Both links are the same...

We had a guy in our club that had the same thing happen, but it was at the track. It bent the hood hinges and the hood was sticking up a few inches at the back and he wound up having to replace one of the headlights, a fender, the intake and the hood. It was quite nasty

He's only shooting a 100-shot, but it wasn't the size of the shot that blew the manifold. The dyno tech didn't know what he was doing and started shooting the N2O around 1500rpms....1500RPMS! Obviously that caused puddling in the manifolds and then it backfired.
