My dad is a preacher and he once put a sign up that read " SOMEONE CALL 911 THIS CHURCH IS ON FIRE!"

 

If a sign like that would help fill the pews, then I'd have to say it's worth it.

 

what i find funny is thats in a sig of a guy that runs low 13s....

 

yeah and whats really funny is that is a lot better than high 15s...

 

who said they all run high 15s? personally know a guy that went in the 12s with his at 120. plus theres an integra i saw at the track and have talked to the guy a few times (***** BTW) that was running low 13s@109 2 weeks ago. theres a full interior 4 door (i believe its NA also) accord that runs 13.2@105+.

just to clarify, the sign does not say: your swapped/turbo/n2o civic is slow.

there is always some stickler getting all bent out of shape when u talk about cars that come slow as crap from the factory and will remain that slow 90% of the time

doesent matter if the sign was knocking on saturns, civics, hyundais. there is ALWAYS that ONE car that runs 12's.

my point being it was not an attack to the 5% of civics on the road that this sign DOES NOT apply to.

ill give props were they are deserved and a 12 sec civic will get props by me... but u need to realize that not every civic on the street runs 12's otherwise you are no better than the guy driving that civic with a park bench for a wing and spinner hubcaps with the LED ricer tip....

In the end, even if you are faster, it's still a car that's a dime a dozen. Comparing a Civic to an F-Body is stupid, that's like comparing an f-body to a ferarri or lambo.. two completely different leagues.
