my camara has all kinds of options too:
slow shutter, apeture, etc.........

Thats is bad ***.
I need to go do that now.

I take it u have a tripod as u have
to stay steady the whole time?

u better not use those to enter the pic of the month!!!

Using the manual mode or the shutter priority mode, you can set the shutter speed for up to 30 seconds on the 300D. I just bought a cable that allows me to leave the shutter open for as long as I llike. I will try it out next time.

The "kit" lense came with the camera. When you buy the 300D, you can buy just the body (no lense), or with a Canon lense.
