they can make you fast .... for pretty cheap.....
or if you dont mind a little road trip , the LCC (loudoun county crew) does work on anyones ride for ALOT less then any shop could hook you up for....

i'm all about fast for cheap.......last year i bought used headers and a torque converter from members of this board and should be in the high 11s now...and i drive the car every day....i've had to do a lot of little things that add up, but total investment, including the car, is well under 10k....obviously others can post and say they did this and that for cheaper, i just figured i'd give an example....good deals are made every day...good luck!
besides, it's not like every car at the track is that fast(you think the slow guys want their vid coming up?)
