Video Post...Help!!

Video Post...Help!! OK, I want to find a way to post a video I have on my HadiCam. It's me driving up the hill near my house, GREAT exhaust sound capture!!!
It's on my HI8 HandiCam.... How would I go about doing this??
2nd question.... I have my new SIG picture, but how do I upload it?? I tried, but it said something about file size restrictions, 100 X 100 Pixels, or 9.7-something kbs... How do I get it on there?? 100 X 100 Pixels is about 3/4" inch square (on the screen).... I'm lost.. I tried saving it as different file types, in an attemp to lower the file size.....No go.....
