Crash Bandicoot, fixed. It was 170 pixels high. I lowered it to 150.
Shinerbock07, post up some good pics of the wheels you want in your sig, and I can chop them in. Try to keep the angle of the wheels in the sample close to the pics of your car.
black97ss, do you want your screenname in your sig? I can put what you have already ( 00nbmss ) in there if you would like.

I love dabbling with PS, creating and tweaking people's sigs helps me learn what I can and can't do, and how to get better at doing certain things. Kiddi and Shinerbock07, I should have yours ready on either Monday or Tuesday evening.
