Ford owners in Kwait calls out 1dirtyz (camaro)

and now there are all at the drag race championship in Bahrain let see who will win.
the last time 1dirtyz won the title of the superstreet with an E.T. of 9.5 & ~146mph in the last run .

well i won the round again with a best run ( during qualifying) of 9.5@146.5 with a horrible track , my final round i went against the vette again and it was a close race; the car spun in first and hit the limiter and 2/3 of the way down the track the intercooler hose blew - but the nitrous and the extra alcohol and timing was enough to seal the deal at 9.799@140.2 (some other group tok charge of the event including track prep and to say they f'ed up is an understatement, but the track came back to life after the local bahraini boys - you guys rock!- took charge of the track prep and manage to bring it back to "kinda feels like pavement" levels , up from "soap covered marbe slab"

so now i got 2nd over all in the end of this championship ( i think its only 3 points that seperate me from the 1st place vette), not bad for joining in the 3rd round of a 5 round championship.
guess i'll start gutting the car now, i have to retain the dash , but i'll get rid of the underdash crap like A/C and what not. and maybe get a set of afr heads and maybe a fast intake and throttle, and a cam! ( wow! thats basically a whole new setup??!!)
another great thing that happened is i got a 9.988@ 135.1 without n2o down from 10.2@something last time , and the only difference was the air temps which where around 19-20 deg C.! wonder what it will do with more timing without the n2o and a couple less pounds!!
